Dr. Stefano Sinicropi (sinicropispine.com) is a highly accomplished board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon who has performed over 9000 spinal surgeries since 2006. He is a Graduate of Columbia University Medical School, Columbia University Orthopedic Surgery Residency, and the Kenton D. Leatherman Spine Fellowship at the University of Louisville. He has demonstrated ability to develop multiple businesses across diverse fields. As the President and CEO of Midwest Spine (midwestspineinstitute.net) Dr. Sinicropi has successfully expanded the group to include three skilled Orthopedic Spine Surgeons and six Neurosurgeons and negotiated long term provider service agreements with multiple Minnesota health systems.Â

These inventions, developed over nearly 29 years, demonstrate his dedication to pushing the boundaries of whats possible in enhancing human potential.
Dr. Daniel Sipple
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Daniel Sipple is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, sub-specialty board certification in pain medicine and added qualifications in concussion and mild traumatic brain injury, making him triple qualified, rare amongst physicians. He trained at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, now the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, the #1 rated rehabilitation hospital in US News and World
Report over 20 years running. He served on faculty at Northwestern University Medical School while working at RIC’s American Academy of Pain Medicine Center of Excellence.

Marielle Sinicropi
Founder
Marielle Sinicropi is an entrepreneur and business professional dedicated to promoting health, educational, and social equity for people. She joined HyperCharge as part of her mission to “Pay it Forward.”Â
Marielle has raised funds for various Twin Cities non-profits, volunteered as a tutor for Adult Literacy programs in Minneapolis, and after school programs in St. Paul. She currently sits on the Board of Sol of the Cities, a youth futsal program leading the way in community service and youth leadership initiatives.
Safaa Hassan​
Safaa is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years of comprehensive experience in technology management with Ameriprise Financial. She has extensive experience in business requirements definition, testing (SIT, UAT, Validation), process improvement/re-engineering, new system introduction, project management, program execution, organizational leadership, and system deployment/support. Safaa has proven ability to drive growth, productivity/cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction through business process and IT systems knowledge.

Dr. Nita Kumar is a seasoned healthcare leader with 15+ years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds dual board licensure in mental health and a doctorate in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Her career revolves around wellness and healthcare strategy, addressing diverse public health issues.

Katie Bjornson, our dedicated Regional Director with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being.
With over 18 years of experience in the field of wellness and healthcare, Katie brings a compassionate approach to every client interaction. She joined Hypercharge to help bring pioneering therapies to more individuals seeking to enhance their health and recovery process.
Katie grew up in La Crosse, WI. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a BA in Kinesiology. Beyond the clinic walls, Katie is passionate about her family, being active and giving back to the community.
