Dr. Stefano Sinicropi (sinicropispine.com) is a highly accomplished board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon who has performed over 9000 spinal surgeries since 2006. He is a Graduate of Columbia University Medical School, Columbia University Orthopedic Surgery Residency, and the Kenton D. Leatherman Spine Fellowship at the University of Louisville. He has demonstrated ability to develop multiple businesses across diverse fields. As the President and CEO of Midwest Spine (midwestspineinstitute.net) Dr. Sinicropi has successfully expanded the group to include three skilled Orthopedic Spine Surgeons and six Neurosurgeons and negotiated long term provider service agreements with multiple Minnesota health systems. Dr Sinicropi has been a founding partner of several other successful medical ventures. These include Greenway Surgery Center (greenwaysurgerycenter.com), Ridges Surgery Center (ridgessurgerycenter.com), and Maple Grove Restorative Surgery Center (maplegrovesc.com), which all serve to further enhance the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in the Twin Cities.

Dr. Sinicropi is a founding member of In Situ Biologics (insitubiologics.com), a biomedical company developing AnestaGel™️, an innovative product designed for intraoperative pain management. The company holds over 30 patents related to the unique drug delivery system. AnestaGel™️ represents a potential breakthrough in the field of pain management, demonstrating Dr. Sinicropi’s commitment to advancing medical care. The company is currently private and plans to IPO in the next 1-2 years.

In addition, Dr. Sinicropi has previously diversified his business interests through the creation of Insert Coins Bar and Lounge and Sliding Thru Restaurant (both businesses were sold), showcasing his ability to excel in various industries. Dr. Sinicropi’s achievements in both medicine and business underscore his dedication to improving lives and communities, as well as his remarkable versatility and vision.

Dr. Stefano Sinicropi has now made a commitment to develop Hypercharge™️ Performance and Recovery Clinics. These leading-edge health and wellness clinics are set to launch in Minnesota, Arizona, and New York, with ambitious plans to expand nationally within the next three years. HyperCharge™ Clinics will offer a comprehensive range of services designed to optimize physical, mental, and emotional well-being, utilizing the latest advancements in health and wellness technology. With a focus on personalized care and holistic approaches, these clinics are poised to revolutionize health care, further solidifying Dr. Sinicropi’s reputation as a forward-thinking leader and visionary in both the medical and business worlds.

Tram Holloway is an accomplished Neuro-Muscular Rehab Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer who has rehabbed over 4000 soft tissue injuries(2100 ACLs) since 2002. Tram creates and administers therapeutic, recovery and performance protocols to amateur, collegiate and professional athletes. He has additional training in Neuro Target System function – a blend of Chiropractic Medicine, Functional Neurology, Kinesiology, and other therapeutic techniques to affect the brain-body relationship.

Tram was introduced to Whole Body Cryotherapy 12.5 years ago and was a collaborator in one of the first cryotherapy centers in the country in downtown Minneapolis named Cryosauna Minneapolis. Cryosauna Minneapolis later became The Locker Minneapolis with a move to the Lake Calhoun area where it became wildly successful.

Tram later became a multi-unit franchise owner with Restore Hyper Wellness “The #1 Hottest Franchise in America” Inc. 5000. Restore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning creator of an innovative new category of care—Hyper Wellness®️. Restore delivers expert guidance and an extensive array of revolutionary health modalities, such as IV drips and cryotherapy, integrated under one roof. These modalities help you feel your best, so you can do more of what you love. With 180+ locations across 34+ states and a fast-growing national retail footprint, Restore makes proactive health more accessible than ever.

Additionally, Tram serves as the Director of Business Development for Neuro20 Technologies. Neuro20 Technologies focuses on transforming health through scientific research-based practices utilizing Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS). We are proud to be led by a team of experts with knowledge expanding across many disciplines, with the collective goal of modernizing how technology is used to promote recovery and human performance by becoming the leading provider of advanced Whole Body (WB) wearable technology.

Dan Sipple, D.O.​

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Daniel Sipple is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with sub-specialty board certification in pain medicine. He trained at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, now the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, the #1 rated rehabilitation hospital in US News and World Report over 20 years running. He served on faculty at Northwestern University Medical School while working at RIC’s American Academy of Pain Medicine Center of Excellence. He subsequently practiced in Denver Colorado for two years, working along side former team physicians of the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies. Thereafter, at the Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire, Wisconsin via the Pain Clinic of NW Wisconsin. He served at the medical director the Health East Spine Center, and service line medical director over Neurosurgery, Behavioral Health, Pain and Spine for the health system. 

Dr. Sipple is the co-founder of InSitu Biologics, and co-inventor of INSB 200, sustained release non-opiate pain killer for post operative pain. InSitu is partnered with the Mayo Clinic for cancer therapeutic delivery. He is the patient holder in safe needle technology and the founder of Acies Medical. He served on the Board of Directors for the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics (SBMT) a NASA Spinout, and part of President Obama’s BRAIN Initiative. In that capacity has presented to the United States Congress, the California Legislature, the White House, along with world leaders at the Neuroscience 20 Summit in parallel with the G20 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Osaka Japan. 

SBMT think tank papers that Dr. Sipple has co-authored have been recognized by the WHO, including a leading position paper on COVID 19. SBMT’s Brain Technology Park Initiative seeks to place the United States as global leaders in neurotech, and is supported by DARPA, NASA, Los Alamos National Labs, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, et al. Dr. Sipple’s learned inventing from his father, Ralph Edward Sipple, a farm raised engineer, and holder of 18 patents, including video on demand. 

Dr Sipple consults with numerous companies in Digital Transformation including Marquee Wireless, Verses.io, TeleVu.ca, Kinuu, etc. He is a member of the Holomedicine Association. Research Interests include Photobiomodulation via Trinity Strategy and Quietmind Foundation

Jeffery Leighton, Ph.D.​

Dr. Jeffrey Leighton is a goal-driven, innovative, and highly committed professional with a strong background in psychology and extensive experience in both academic and corporate settings. With a Doctorate and Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Dr. Leighton possesses a unique blend of expertise in psychology and business. He has delivered impactful grand rounds lectures at hospitals and provided engaging presentations about new EEG/LORETA imaging techniques at universities, fostering a warm and supportive learning environment while maximizing interest in the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging.

Moreover, Dr. Leighton has excelled in leadership roles and project management within academic and corporate environments, demonstrating a high level of commitment to advocacy, diversity, and a unified educational mission. He has developed various university courses for traditional and remote learning platforms, designed and executed quasi-experimental research studies using neuromodulating techniques, and managed substance abuse research and behavioral assessment programs. Dr. Leighton’s communication and interpersonal abilities have allowed him to establish positive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, business professionals, and community partners.

Outside of academia, Dr. Leighton has held prominent positions as a Chief Executive Officer of a public corporation (pink sheets), Chief Financial Officer of a regional diagnostic and wellness center, Accountant, Tax Partner, and Director of Business Development. This diverse background reflects his ability to apply his expertise and leadership skills in psychology and business, making him a versatile professional capable of driving innovation and success in various contexts.
