Founder / Chairman
Dr. Stefano Sinicropi is a highly accomplished board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon who has performed over 9000 spinal surgeries since 2006. He is a Graduate of Columbia University Medical School, Columbia University Orthopedic Surgery Residency, and the Kenton D. Leatherman Spine Fellowship at the University of Louisville. He has demonstrated ability to develop multiple businesses across diverse fields. As the President and CEO of Midwest Spine & Brain Institute Dr. Sinicropi has successfully expanded the group to include three skilled Orthopedic Spine Surgeons and six Neurosurgeons and negotiated long term provider service agreements with multiple Minnesota health systems.

Marielle Sinicropi
Founder / COO
Marielle Sinicropi is an entrepreneur and business professional dedicated to promoting health, educational, and social equity for people. She joined HyperCharge as part of her mission to “Pay it Forward.”
Marielle has raised funds for various Twin Cities non-profits, volunteered as a tutor for Adult Literacy programs in Minneapolis, and after school programs in St. Paul. She currently sits on the Board of Sol of the Cities, a youth futsal program leading the way in community service and youth leadership initiatives.
Chrystal Trettin, RN, BSN
Chief Clinical Officer
Chrystal is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical practice and nursing leadership. She is passionate about enhancing patient care and outcomes by bridging the gap between clinical services and wellness initiatives. She is skilled in management and team development, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals to promote holistic patient health. Chrystal is committed to implementing innovative strategies that prioritize both clinical excellence and patient-centered wellness. She is excited to drive positive change in healthcare delivery and improve the overall health of communities.

Nathan Koep brings over a decade of clinical and operational leadership to his role as Clinic Director at HyperCharge Health and Wellness. With a career rooted in orthopedic medicine and performance optimization, Nathan combines strong analytical insight with hands-on healthcare expertise to drive efficiency, elevate patient care, and empower high-performing teams.
