Nathan Koep, MBA, ATC, LAT
Clinic Director
Nathan Koep brings over a decade of clinical and operational leadership to his role as Clinic Director at HyperCharge Health and Wellness. With a career rooted in orthopedic medicine and performance optimization, Nathan combines strong analytical insight with hands-on healthcare expertise to drive efficiency, elevate patient care, and empower high-performing teams.
Before joining HyperCharge, Nathan spent nearly ten years with Twin Cities Orthopedics, where he advanced from Lead Clinical Assistant to Clinic Supervisor overseeing multiple high-volume sites across the Northwest Division. His leadership included managing more than numerous direct reports, spearheading operational improvements, optimizing workflows, and leading cross-functional initiatives in compliance, training, and clinical excellence. His experience also includes serving as Interim Clinic Manager and playing a key role in facility development, onboarding physicians, and integrating new EMR systems.
Nathan earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Concordia University, St. Paul, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Athletic Training from the University of Minnesota Duluth. A certified and licensed Athletic Trainer, he is also an active member of several professional associations including NATA, GLATA, and MATA.

Marielle Sinicropi
Marielle Sinicropi is an entrepreneur and business professional dedicated to promoting health, educational, and social equity for people. She joined HyperCharge as part of her mission to “Pay it Forward.” Marielle has raised funds for various Twin Cities non-profits, volunteered as a tutor for Adult Literacy programs in Minneapolis, and after school programs in St. Paul. She currently sits on the Board of Sol of the Cities, a youth futsal program leading the way in community service and youth leadership initiatives. Marielle grew up in New Brunswick, NJ. She graduated from Rutgers University, The State University of NJ, then Fordham Law School in New York. She met her husband, Dr. Sinicropi, in New York City.
