Amistyene Brincefield is a dynamic and dedicated healthcare administration professional, currently serving as the CEO of HyperCharge Clinic. With over a decade of experience in leading operational excellence within surgical centers, Amistyene brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the wellness industry.
Her journey in healthcare administration began as a first assistant in surgery, where she quickly distinguished herself through her leadership and dedication to patient care. Over the years, she has transitioned through various roles, including serving as a CEO/Administrator and a Regional Manager of Operations with SCA Health. Her tenure in these roles, spanning over ten years, is a testament to her commitment to organizational excellence and continuous improvement.
Amistyene has served as the CEO of Greenway Surgery Center and The Center for Restorative Surgery at Maple Grove and, more recently, as the Regional Manager of Operations at SCA Health in Minnesota, where she supported partnerships and led teams at four outpatient surgical facilities. Her impressive experience managing partnerships with health systems and physicians will be invaluable in strengthening our relationships with the medical community, corporations, and healthcare organizations.
Driven by faith, family, and a commitment to servant leadership, Amistyene believes in leading by example and helping others achieve their goals. She attributes her professional growth to the unwavering support of her teams and is passionate about pushing her teams to greatness through leadership opportunities, increased acuity, and innovative projects.
Amistyene’s expertise in clinical quality and patient safety will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of care at HyperCharge Performance, Recovery, & Longevity Clinic and HyperCharge Integrative Clinics. Her experience in championing high-reliability organization (HRO) initiatives aligns seamlessly with the clinic’s focus on advanced diagnostics, including the Brainview Quantitative EEG, REMS Bone Scan, and GlycoCheck, ensuring comprehensive health evaluations for our clients.

Marielle Sinicropi
Marielle Sinicropi is an entrepreneur and business professional dedicated to promoting health, educational, and social equity for people. She joined HyperCharge as part of her mission to “Pay it Forward.” Marielle has raised funds for various Twin Cities non-profits, volunteered as a tutor for Adult Literacy programs in Minneapolis, and after school programs in St. Paul. She currently sits on the Board of Sol of the Cities, a youth futsal program leading the way in community service and youth leadership initiatives. Marielle grew up in New Brunswick, NJ. She graduated from Rutgers University, The State University of NJ, then Fordham Law School in New York. She met her husband, Dr. Sinicropi, in New York City.
